The paper analyzes the IR spectra of blood plasma from healthy donors, patients with brain infarction and coronary heart disease (CHD). It was found that structure main transport protein – albumin in infarction, CHD representatives control group is almost identical. shown absence changes secondary tertiary albumin, increase binding anionic hydrophobic metabolites dyslipidemia compared to due structural low-density lipoproteins (LDL) very (VLDL).
